     The special needs of maturing Americans is the focus of a special certified specialist program and is a subject dear to Ned who is now within the ranks of the senior population. This is why Ned completed his SRES designation (Seniors Real Estate Specialist). He spends much of his time counseling seniors and retirees regarding real estate related issues that will affect the rest of their lives.

     Over 80% of maturing Americans own real estate. Nearly 4 out of 10 property owners over 65 have lived in the same home for over 30 years. The issues facing our maturing population are unique and special. Ned & Jay understand this and are experienced in dealing with people facing their golden years.
